CRO audits for different budgets and needs
No two organisations are the same, which is why our CRO audits are fully bespoke. They do, however, fall into two broad categories: Full CRO Audits and Mini CRO Audits. What’s the difference, we hear you ask? The main distinctions are the depth of analysis, pricing, and whether or not a Google Analytics (GA4) data deep-dive is included. Whichever route you choose, the same level of expert insight, strategic thinking, and user-focused recommendations go into every audit.

Our initial audit opened our eyes to so many obvious issues that were detracting new customers. The auditing is clear and easy to understand.
It is a rare combination of very rigorous analysis with a clear roadmap for measurable progress, packaged in a way that is easily understood by a layperson like me that sets this work apart.
The analytical approach highlighted a bottleneck in how visitors navigated our site.

“Working with Charlotte from Credo was an exceptional experience. She brought a thoughtful and strategic perspective to our website revamp, always grounding her recommendations in data and user behavior. The process felt highly collaborative, and Charlotte took the time to understand our brand, our goals, and our audience, and worked closely with us to align to explain each change and its measurable outcomes. We are excited to see the improvements in engagement and conversions soon. Highly recommend!”
Conversion rate optimisation audit FAQs
A CRO audit is going to open your eyes to issues you didn’t know existed. Issues that are stopping your site from converting. The audit may also reveal issues you already suspected, giving you reassurance and confirmation that you are on the right track.
A conversion rate optimisation audit brings focus and helps you prioritise what to tackle and when thanks to the most impactful opportunities being highlighted. This can bring your team together to work on shared goals.
Ask yourself if understanding what your Google Analytics data is showing you is something your team would gain value from. If the answer is yes, then a Full CRO Audit is probably right for you, if the answer is no, then a CRO Mini-Audit is likely the best choice.
After you have received your report you will be asked to give it a good read through and to note any questions. Then you can ask these questions in a follow up call.
During that call we will also discuss next steps. You are more than welcome to take your audit away with you and work on the suggestions yourself. However if you would like help implementing them, then we can support you with that. You may also decide that you would like support with something else, such as user research or design work. We can talk through the options available to you and we will help wherever we can.
